Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellations are accepted before 9AM of the day for any previous day orders. Please send your email for cancellation to cancel@exoticflavorsofindia.com mentioning the Order No and the Reason for cancellation and we shall process your refund (if applicable) within 7 days of cancellation. You shall get an email from us confirming the cancellation within 48 hours of the order cancellation.


Exoticflavorsofindia.com sources all products which are freshly packed, we are confident that the products which we deliver to you will taste fresh and great.

All Brands that we deal in are iconic food brands and have a track record of consistent quality. We pack all your products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages. In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your feedback and take corrective action.

However, none of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Despite the above, if you have to cancel your order because you have received the food items in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please mail our customer care at support@exoticflavorsofindia.com mentioning your Order ID within 24 hours of accepting the package. We will request you for the pictures of the shipment and individual pictures of the boxes which will be provided to the Food Vendors and the courier partner within 48 hours of shipment delivery. If the claim is genuine as found by us, the Food Vendor and the Courier Partner, we will initiate replacement or refund for the same.
